Dr. Ronald Gruber has developed a new retractor for open rhinoplasty. Thanks to its unique design, it eliminates the need for an assistant to hold the retractor. The weighted retractor is an anatomical model of a typical corrected nasal framework that the surgeon can use as a basis for sculpting the patient's appropriate nasal framework.
