◊ Are You A Candidate? ◊ If you are interested in finding out if you are a candidate for rhinoplasty, please send the following information; ♦ Photos The photos needed are 2 lateral (side view), 2 oblique (3/4 view), 2 frontal and one basal (showing the bottom of the nose). The pictures should be head shots (not full body) and taken with a solid color background. ♦ Please include answers to the following questions: 1. List in priority the things that bother you about your nose and what you would like corrected. 2. Have you ever had any previous nasal surgery? If so, when was your last surgery performed? 3.
